As part of the market area conversion, EWE GASSPEICHER GmbH is converting the L-gas storage facility in Nüttermoor, which is connected to the GTG network, to high-calorific gas (H-gas). This market area conversion will create the new network points UGS NUETTERMOOR H (Entry) and UGS NUETTERMOOR H (Exit). Conditionally firm capacities (bFZK) and interruptible capacities will be offered from 1 December 2024, starting with the day-ahead auction on 30 November 2024 for the gas day 1 December 2024.
In this context, Gastransport Nord is introducing competitive marketing at the storage points UGS Jemgum H-Gas and UGS Nuettermoor H-Gas. The competing capacities are allocated to the highest bidder in the corresponding auction on the capacity marketing platform PRISMA.
For GTG, the following competition zones arise, taking network planning aspects into account:
Zone: Jemgum/Nuettermoor – Entry
• UGS JEMGUM – Entry
• UGS NUETTERMOOR H – Entry
Zone: Jemgum/Nuettermoor – Exit
• UGS JEMGUM – Exit
• UGS NUETTERMOOR H – Exit
