In accordance with the cooperation agreement, the biogas levy and market area conversion levy for the next calendar year 2026 were determined and published for the nationwide market area. From 1 January 2026, the biogas redistribution levy will be €1.3268/kWh/h/a and the specific levy for the market area conversion levy will be €0.7189/kWh/h/a.
